迭代与生产，同一厂房并行

自有模具车间承接全部开模工作，模具开发周期从行业均值 12 周压缩至 6 周。设计修正在同一厂房内完成，工艺变更不经过外部供应商，消除协调延误。

注塑、焊接与外壳组装同步在线，模具验证数据直接反馈至产线，批量一致性在模具阶段锁定。

/ 工序二 · PCBA 与总装

自动化贴片，精密焊接，端到端可追溯

全自动 SMT 产线完成 LED 芯片与驱动元件贴装，焊接参数逐板记录。每块 PCBA 经 AOI 光学检测后进入总装工位，组件身份随批次全程可追溯。

总装车间完成光学透镜装配、密封、线束焊接。同一工厂内完成所有工序意味着问题在出厂前被定位，而不是在客户端被发现。

96 小时连续盐雾暴露，验证密封完整性与电气连接耐腐蚀性，对标 IEC 60068-2-11 标准。

高温老化箱内 1000 小时通电循环，筛除早期失效单元，确保批量交付的光通量与驱动稳定性。

积分球与配光曲线测试逐批执行，光通量、色温、配光角度数据归档，可作为客户 DVP 证明文件。

每批次检测报告随货交付，数据可追溯至模具批次与产线工位。质量证明不是承诺，是记录。
